Spray Foam
- Spray Foam insulation is a popular product that has been on the market for 25 years.
- Spray Foam insulation comes in two forms – open cell and closed cell.
- Applied as a liquid, foam insulation expands 30 to 100 times its volume in seconds to fill every crack and crevice.
- Open-cell foam remains flexible after installation.
- Closed-cell foam becomes rigid, adding to the structural integrity.
- Foam insulation acts as a complete insulation and air barrier to minimize air leakage and seal the building envelope for optimal air tightness.
- Improves overall air quality and reduces dust and pollen infiltration.
- Makes homes more comfortable and quieter by reducing outdoor noise.
- Reduce energy costs up to 50% per year.
- Can be used throughout a home or as an air sealing product only.

Why Choose Spray Foam? |
Our spray foam insulation products include:
Open-Cell Foam
Open-cell foam is soft. The walls (or cells) of the bubbles are broken, and air fills these spaces. This makes the foam soft and pliable, similar to angel food cake. The R-value of the insulation is related to the value of the air inside these broken bubbles.
Closed-Cell Foam
Closed-cell foam is solid, as the cells of the bubbles remain intact, which makes the product rigid. The closed-cell composition and increased density contributes to a higher R-value than that of open-cell foam.

Fiberglass Batt Insulation
Fiberglass insulation was introduced in the 1930’s and has developed into the most common and widely available type of insulation in homes and buildings. Anchor has many years of experience installing fiberglass batt insulation into open cavity walls. Batts are pre-cut to securely fit into standard spacing of wall studs and floor and attic joists and come in pre made R-Values ranging from R8-R40.
Anchor’s well trained and supervised installers are conscientious to install their batts properly. A mere ¾” gap or opening results in an 80 percent reduction in R-Value. We also know that fiberglass batt must be installed at its fullest designed thickness to achieve the specified R-Value. Our installers want your home to meet strict performance standards. We realize that your comfort depends upon how well we fit and install your insulation.
There are benefits to Fiberglass Batt Insulation:
- Low installed cost for comparable R-Value
- Good sound absorption properties
- Noncorrosive -won’t rot or mildew
- Noncombustible
Anchor installs the following manufacturers of Fiberglass Batt:
- Knauf Insulation
- Owens Corning
- Certainteed
- Johns Manville
We also install the following gutter types for multiple applications:
