As a growing insulation installation company we have many goals that we strive to achieve for building Professionals. One of our main goals is to educate building professionals on what type of insulation best suits the project needs. In addition to this education, we also want to keep our building professionals up to date with the ever changing building codes.

Our other goals include:

  • Providing the best customer service in the industry
  • Provide the best installation job for our customers
  • Always leave the job site in better condition than when we first arrived
  • Always arrive on time to start the job on a daily basis
  • Be competitively priced

Our insulation installation company is a gold circle Icynene Installer. Also, our installers are OSHA certified and Icynene certified with yearly refresher training.

Our installers have years of experience and are highly trained and knowledgeable. We have developed special techniques to be able to install a number of different insulation products.

Spray Foam

  • Spray Foam insulation is a popular product that has been on the market for 25 years.
  • Spray Foam insulation comes in two forms - open cell and closed cell.
  • Applied as a liquid, foam insulation expands 30 to 100 times its volume in seconds to fill every crack and crevice.
  • Open-cell foam remains flexible after installation.
  • Closed-cell foam becomes rigid, adding to the structural integrity.
  • Foam insulation acts as a complete insulation and air barrier to minimize air leakage and seal the building envelope for optimal air tightness.
  • Improves overall air quality and reduces dust and pollen infiltration.
  • Makes homes more comfortable and quieter by reducing outdoor noise.
  • Reduce energy costs up to 50% per year.
  • Can be used throughout a home or as an air sealing product only.

Why Spray Polyurethane Foam?
Why Choose Spray Foam?

Our spray foam insulation products include:

Open-Cell Foam
Open-cell foam is soft. The walls (or cells) of the bubbles are broken, and air fills these spaces. This makes the foam soft and pliable, similar to angel food cake. The R-value of the insulation is related to the value of the air inside these broken bubbles.

Anchor Insulation installs open-cell foam from Icynene.

Icynene Classic Spray Formula
Icynene's Classic spray formula has an R-value of 3.7 per inch. It acts as a complete insulation and air barrier to minimize air leakage and seal the building envelope for optimal air tightness. Other benefits are:

  • Noise reduction properties
  • Air impermeable material
  • Superior cold temperature adhesion to multiple substrates
  • Low odor

Closed-Cell Foam
Closed-cell foam is solid, as the cells of the bubbles remain intact, which makes the product rigid. The closed-cell composition and increased density contributes to a higher R-value than that of open-cell foam.

Anchor Insulation installs closed-cell foam from Icynene.

Icynene ProSeal V3
ICYNENE ProSeal is a medium density 2 lb. closed-cell spray foam. Similar to LD-C-50, ProSeal acts as a complete insulation and air barrier to minimize air leakage and seal the building envelope for optimal air tightness. Icynene ProSeal V3 spray formula has an R-value of R7 per inch. Product benefits include:

  • Highest available R-value per inch (R7)
  • Air impermeable material
  • Increased structural integrity for a home or commercial building
  • Built-in vapor retarder (Class II vapor retarder at 1.5")
  • Superior cold temperature adhesion to multiple substrates
  • Low odor

Icynene ProSeal Eco
ICYNENE ProSeal Eco is a 100% water-blown, closed-cell, medium density spray foam insulation and air barrier material.  It has performance advantages such as high insulation R-value, vapor retarder and its ability to deliver additional load capacity in a structure result in long-term building protection. Icynene ProSeal Eco spray formula has an R-value of 4.9 per inch. Some of the benefits to ProSeal Eco are:

  • High insulation R-value of 4.9 per inch
  • Air impermeable material
  • Built-in vapor retarder (Class II at 2.4")
  • Superior cold temperature adhesion to multiple substrates
  • No ozone depleting blowing agent
  • Low odor
  • As a 100% water-blown, closed-cell spray foam insulation solution, ProSeal Eco can contribute towards critical LEED points.

ProSeal Eco’s climate friendly, HFC-free formulation allows a building to be insulated and air-sealed for superior energy conservation while minimizing environmental impact. It is the only water-blown closed cell insulation available on the market.

Other services and products we provide:

Fiberglass Batt Insulation
Fiberglass insulation was introduced in the 1930’s and has developed into the most common and widely available type of insulation in homes and buildings. Anchor has many years of experience installing fiberglass batt insulation into open cavity walls. Batts are pre-cut to securely fit into standard spacing of wall studs and floor and attic joists and come in pre made R-Values ranging from R8-R40.

Anchor’s well trained and supervised installers are conscientious to install their batts properly. A mere ¾” gap or opening results in an 80 percent reduction in R-Value. We also know that fiberglass batt must be installed at its fullest designed thickness to achieve the specified R-Value. Our installers want your home to meet strict performance standards. We realize that your comfort depends upon how well we fit and install your insulation.

There are benefits to Fiberglass Batt Insulation:

  • Low installed cost for comparable R-Value
  • Good sound absorption properties
  • Noncorrosive -won’t rot or mildew
  • Noncombustible

Anchor installs the following manufacturers of Fiberglass Batt:

  • Knauf Insulation
  • Owens Corning
  • Certainteed
  • Johns Manville

We also install the following gutter types for multiple applications:

  • Seamless aluminum
  • ½ round
  • Copper
  • Galvanized aluminum
  • 5” and 6”
  • Multiple colors
